Overview

Gopuff allows customers to buy online and pickup in store at many of their locations. However this option was only made aware to customers once they began checking out. This was an issue because product assortment differs by location, and users would see errors in their bag when changing to pickup. The solution was to surface pickup on the homepage so that customers know it's an option before shopping.
